GREY WATER SYSTEMS

We have exciting news!  Amendments to the Water Quality Act now allow the discharge of residential grey water under certain conditions and without a special permit.   This means that the majority of household waster can be easily re-used with no alternative technolgy needed and at a minimal cost!

Grey water is considered all of the household waste with the exception of commodes and the kitchen wastewater.  We strongly encourage our customers to have their grey water plumbed separately to give them this option either now or in the future.  If your plumbing is already set in concrete, you still may be able to divert your washing machine water if your laundry room is on or near an outside wall.

Please don't forget about our lot size reduction system also.  Lots as small as 1/3 of an acre for a 3 bedroom home can be easily and economically developed.  Please call us for more information.  Please see the link below for the new regulations regarding grey water systems.
